I did a playthrough where the only way I could kill enemies was by pickpockting live grenades onto them. I did a playthrough where all decisions were randomly chosen, I did a mines only playthrough, I did a fatman only playthrough (which included weapon bashing with the fatman). I've done a no pipboy and no HUD playthrough, survival mode playthrough using only the vault suit and an unupgraded 10mm pistol, survival playthrough using only the vault suit and an un upgraded security baton, a playthrough where I could only use stolen items, and many more. I've done a pacifist playthrough, no kills allowed on your pipboy stats.
I've done every challenge playthrough idea I can think of.
